Introduction

Pjorb ("we," "our," or "us") is a social-media management service operated by the Pjorb development team. This Privacy Policy explains what information Pjorb accesses, why it is used, how long it is kept, who receives it, and how you can delete it when you use our platform and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Information We Collect

Personal Information

Social Media Account Information: When you connect your social media accounts (including Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, and Telegram), we collect the profile information, account identifiers, and usernames that you authorize through OAuth authentication.

Authentication Tokens: We store encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens to maintain authenticated sessions with social media platforms.

Account Data: User preferences, settings, connected platforms, and account configuration information.

Content and Usage Data

Posted Content: Text, images, videos, and media you schedule and publish through our platform.

Analytics Data: Post performance metrics, engagement statistics, and scheduling information from connected social media accounts.

Usage Patterns: Information about how you use our platform, including features accessed and posting schedules.

Technical Information

Connection Information: IP address, browser or HTTP request metadata, and security events may be processed to authenticate requests, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.

Cookies and Storage: Authentication cookies, session tokens, and local storage for user preferences.

Data Storage and Third-Party Services

Google Account and YouTube Data

If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier. If you separately connect a YouTube channel, we receive the channel identifier, channel name and profile information, OAuth access and refresh tokens, video metadata, and performance information such as views, likes, and comments. We also process the video, title, description, tags, privacy setting, and publishing time that you provide when you ask Pjorb to upload or schedule a YouTube video.

Pjorb requests the youtube.upload scope so it can upload a video only after you choose the destination channel, video, title, description, tags, and visibility. Pjorb requests the youtube.readonly scope so it can identify the channel you authorized and display that channel's videos and performance information in Content and Analytics. The app does not request access to your YouTube password, viewing history, private messages, or unrelated Google products.

We use Google and YouTube data only to authenticate you, connect the channel you select, display that channel and its videos inside Pjorb, provide channel and video analytics to you, and perform publishing or scheduling actions that you request. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

Google and YouTube information is not disclosed to advertising networks or data brokers. Authorized workspace members may see content or analytics only where you have intentionally shared that information through a Pjorb workspace. Service providers may process limited information only as needed to host Pjorb, store media you upload, secure the service, or deliver the features you request.

Pjorb's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Social Media Platform Integration

We integrate with various social media platforms to enable posting and analytics. When you connect accounts:

  • We store encrypted access tokens for each platform
  • We may cache profile information and account metadata
  • We access posting APIs to schedule and publish content on your behalf
  • All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols

TikTok Data

When you connect TikTok, Pjorb receives the TikTok account identifier, display name, avatar, creator posting settings, and encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens. With your authorization, Pjorb can list your TikTok videos and retrieve video statistics such as views, likes, comments, and shares for Content and Analytics. Pjorb uses the user.info.basic, user.info.stats, video.list, video.upload, and video.publish permissions only to provide the account connection, analytics, preview, scheduling, and publishing actions you request. The video.upload permission sends a video to your TikTok inbox as a draft so you can edit and publish it in TikTok. The video.publish permission is used when you choose to publish directly from Pjorb.

Before a TikTok post is sent, Pjorb displays TikTok's current visibility and interaction choices and requires you to choose visibility and confirm that you have permission to publish the video and use its music. Pjorb sends the caption, video, visibility, interaction, commercial-content, and AI-generated-content settings you select to TikTok. Pjorb does not sell TikTok data or use it for advertising or generalized AI training.

Media Storage

Cloudinary stores user-uploaded media (images and videos) on our behalf. Pjorb stores the resulting URLs and related metadata so that it can preview, schedule, and publish the media you select.

Database Storage

We use secure PostgreSQL databases to store:

  • User account information and preferences
  • Connected social media account details
  • Scheduled post content and metadata
  • Analytics and performance data
  • Encrypted authentication tokens

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

  • Encryption: All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS protocols
  • Token Security: Authentication tokens are encrypted using advanced cryptographic methods
  • Access Controls: Strict authentication and authorization for all service components
  • Secure Infrastructure: Cloud-hosted infrastructure with regular security updates
  • Data Isolation: User data is properly isolated and accessible only to authorized systems

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties, except in the following circumstances:

  • With Your Consent: When you share content publicly or grant access to specific users
  • Service Providers: With trusted third-party services (social media platforms, Cloudinary, hosting providers) necessary for service operation
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not allow people to access Google user data except when necessary to provide user-requested support, investigate abuse or a security incident, comply with applicable law, or when you have given explicit consent.

Your Rights and Choices

  • Access and Portability: Export supported content from the relevant Pjorb feature or contact us to request a copy of personal data associated with your account
  • Correction: Update, edit, or correct your information and content
  • Deletion: Delete individual posts, disconnect accounts, or close your account
  • Data Control: You maintain control over your social media accounts and can revoke permissions
  • Communication Preferences: Opt out of non-essential communications

Deleting Data Received From Meta (Instagram and Facebook)

You can disconnect an Instagram or Facebook account at any time in Manage Accounts, which removes the access tokens we store for it. If you remove Pjorb from your Instagram or Facebook settings and request deletion of your data, Meta notifies us and we delete the data linked to that account. You will receive a confirmation code that you can check at /data-deletion.

Disconnecting Google and Deleting YouTube Data

You can disconnect a YouTube channel from Connections at any time. Disconnecting removes the stored OAuth tokens and connected-channel record; account-linked analytics records are deleted with that connection. Disconnecting Pjorb does not delete videos or other information stored by YouTube. To remove a video from YouTube, use YouTube or another authorized client that supports deletion. You can also revoke Pjorb's access directly from your Google Account security permissions. Revoking access at Google prevents future access but does not automatically delete information already stored by Pjorb, so you should also disconnect the channel in Pjorb or delete your Pjorb account.

Disconnecting TikTok and Deleting TikTok Data

You can disconnect TikTok from Connections at any time. Pjorb asks TikTok to revoke the authorization and then deletes the stored connected-account record, encrypted tokens, and account-linked analytics. Disconnecting Pjorb does not delete videos already stored by TikTok. You may also remove Pjorb from your TikTok account's authorized-app settings. To delete all Pjorb account data, use Profile & settings → Delete account or contact us using the address below if you cannot sign in.

To request deletion when you cannot access your account, email savuthmeassavrin168@gmail.com from the address associated with your Pjorb account. After verifying the request, we delete stored Google and YouTube API data associated with your Pjorb account as soon as possible and no later than seven calendar days. Other personal information will be deleted or retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, or applicable law.

Data Retention

We retain your information as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations:

  • Account Data: Retained while your Pjorb account is active and deleted when you complete account deletion, except for limited records that must be retained for security or legal compliance
  • Content: Posts and media retained until deleted or account closure
  • Analytics: Account-linked analytics are retained while the applicable social account remains connected
  • Google and YouTube Data: Stored API data is refreshed or deleted within 30 calendar days where required by YouTube policy, and deleted as soon as possible and within seven calendar days after a verified deletion request, Pjorb account deletion, or disconnection of the applicable YouTube channel
  • TikTok Data: Connected-account data and account-linked analytics are retained while TikTok remains connected and deleted when you disconnect it or delete your Pjorb account, except for limited security or legal records
  • Authentication Tokens: Regularly refreshed and securely deleted when expired, revoked, or disconnected

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will notify you of material changes by email or platform notification. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
